1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentCellar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Email verification is required before purchasing or publishing content.

3. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the digital product for its intended purpose.

4. Refund Policy

AgentCellar offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The product does not match its listing description
  • The product does not function as described
  • The product contains empty, corrupted, or placeholder content
  • You made a duplicate purchase

Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 business days. The creator's revenue share is reversed upon refund.

5. Creator Terms

Creators retain ownership of their content. By publishing on AgentCellar, you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute, display, and market your listings. Creators receive 90% of the sale price for each transaction.

All listings must pass our quality review before going live. Listings that contain:

  • Malicious code or prompt injection
  • Empty or placeholder content
  • Stolen or plagiarized material
  • Misleading descriptions

will be rejected and may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

Buyers receive a license to use purchased content. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased content is prohibited. The AgentCellar platform, including its design, code, and brand, is the property of AgentCellar and protected by copyright law.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a buyer and creator disagree on a refund or quality issue, AgentCellar will mediate. The buyer submits evidence, the creator responds within 72 hours, and a platform administrator makes a final decision within 5 business days.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect and process the following data:

  • Account data: Email, name, avatar (for account functionality)
  • Payment data: Processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers
  • Usage data: Page views, search queries, download activity (for analytics)
  • Content data: Listings, reviews, and associated metadata

We do not sell your personal data. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, Row-Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and secure session management.

9. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, community standards, or applicable law. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

AgentCellar is a marketplace platform. While we verify listing quality and security, we do not guarantee that every product will meet every buyer's specific needs. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, refundable under our 14-day guarantee.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
