Go to your Purchase Library (/dashboard/purchases), find the item, and click the "Refund" button (available within 14 days of purchase). Provide a brief explanation and we will review your request promptly.

Once approved, refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method used for the purchase.

Any verified account can publish listings. Go to your Creator Dashboard and submit your first listing. All listings go through a quality review before going live.

Creators keep 90% of every sale. The remaining 10% covers platform operations, payment processing, and infrastructure. This is one of the highest creator shares in the marketplace industry.

Listings that pass automated checks are approved within 1 hour. If manual review is needed, allow up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email once your listing is approved or if changes are needed.

Yes. Every listing includes a "What's Inside" section showing the file tree, a preview of the primary file (first 50 lines with a fade overlay), and the full README if included.

Every listing goes through a 5-stage validation pipeline: file integrity, required file checks, content quality, security scanning, and metadata validation. This protects you from malicious or low-quality content.

Report the listing immediately using the "Report" button on the listing page. Our team will review within 24 hours and take action, including removing the listing and issuing refunds if necessary.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card details on our servers.
